Hi my name is andres and I recently got a real estate license, but I though of the idea to create a public auction were homebuyers can bid for houses that are in foreclosure, butt i dont know how to start or what does it take to do it can someone who knows about the subject give me some info.
Get a job at a real estate office that has frequent auctions. Unless you have a broker’s license, you can’t own and run your own business. Besides, who is going to trust a person who just got a salesman’s license, but has no experience.
